Drink this warm before you go to bed and first thing in the morning when you get up.

Ever notice that wine is usually served with a little bit of cheese on the side at certain restaurants? There is a reason for this. Cheese is great at absorbing some of the alcohol so it doesn’t go straight from your stomach to your brain. Remember to never drink on an empty stomach.

Ever heard of activated charcoal? Activated charcoal is a great alcohol absorbent. What this means is that it attracts and holds the molecules and toxins present in your body. These toxins are the ones responsible for your dehydration and hangovers. You may find activated charcoal in any good health store in capsule and also in powder form. All you have to do is take it on the day you go drinking and also when you wake up the morning after. It sure helps you make a speedy recovery.
